• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund
